Colombia Don Enrique Supremo is a classic coffee that works well as any roast level, however, makes a delicious dark roast. Colombia is the third-largest coffee producing country in the world, and although this coffee can't be pinpointed to a specific farm, it's quality is always top tier. "Supremo" describes the size of the bean, which is noticeably large and holds a lot of flavor. Despite roasting this coffee dark, there is a surprising amount of sweetness, which can be attributed to the relatively high growing altitude, at least compared to an Indonesian or Brazilian. With Colombia Supremo, you can expect tasting notes of stone fruits, cocoa, and walnuts.
