We love the regular offering from the Mina Rica farm, so when Carolina Posada mentioned they have a naturally processed offering, of course we had to try it! This coffee is one of my personal favorites, although I'm typically fond of coffees from this processing method. The aroma is fruity and sweet, which compliments the acidity similar to sour cherries, a cozy mouthfeel of apple butter, and lingering strawberry wine finish. Only enough for 20 bags is available, don't wait too long!
