Coffee
This medium roast is an all-time favorite.
Guatemala Huehuetenango is my most popular coffee. This coffee comes from the Huehuetenango department of Guatemala, which is one of the three non-volcanic regions in the country. Although my supply may vary between farms, co-ops, and processing plants, coffee from this region is always very tasty and holds up to the reputation that it has behind it. With notes of caramel, brown sugar, milk chocolate, and orange-like acidity, this is guaranteed to be a crowd pleaser. This medium roast is perfect on its own, but also works extremely well as espresso, and even more so pairs well with steamed milk.

This is the first coffee I tried from the company and hands down an amazing pick! Look forward to trying their other coffees in the future.
