The Golden Boys is a lightly roasted espresso blend, which is what we use in the coffee shop. This blend is made up of coffee from South America, Central America, and Africa, then roasted gently to help buffer acidity and make it a delightful espresso. With natural tasting notes of lemon, cinnamon, and berries, this makes a delicious filter coffee, although is perfect as espresso on it's own, or as a cortado, cappuccino, etc. On the label from left to right is my parent's dog, Stryker, two of my friends' dogs, Sonny and Moose, then my dog, Crema, on the far right. They are the goodest golden boys around. 

Espresso recipe: 204F water, 18g in, 56g out, 34 seconds (+/- 2 seconds).
